Karen Wagner was a teacher, district administrator, and middle school principal. She is active in economic development across the region and has served Belle Fourche on the City Council and the City Council President. She has experience in the Legal Finance and Public Works committees. Karen has been a volunteer on the Black Hills Roundup on the board of directors, including chairing the board. Karen has deep roots in District 28B and is looking forward to representing this great area in Pierre.
